Well, this is not exactly the kind of news Chelsea fans would want to hear. Reports from Italian media outlet Sport Mediaset claim that midfielder Paul Pogba is soon to sign a contract extension with Juventus which will keep him with the Bianconeri till 2019.

The recent developments will certainly give the Turin outfit great relief after Pogba had fueled speculations linking him with a move to Chelsea after being pictured with fans in London. English media outlet Independent had also mentioned that the Blues were looking to sign the £60m  rated Pogba who had impressed for France in the recently concluded World Cup in Brazil.

The 21 year old former Manchester United player has been offered a new deal which will see him earn anything between €4m and €5m per season, depending on bonuses. Earlier Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola had claimed that Juventus were yet to offer his client a new deal, but it is now believed that Pogba is set to sign the new deal which shall end any transfer speculations linking the player away from the Old Lady.
