Arsenal may miss out on another top target in the summer. The Gunners are thought to be a long term admirers of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata, who has struggled to get regular games under Carlo Ancelotti.
The youngster was linked with a move to TottenhamHotspur, as a part of Gareth Bale’s record transfer, but it was Arsenal, who were thought to be heavily interested in his signature.
Last January reports emerged that Arsenal were close to landing him up on loan with a view to make the deal permanent while Spanish newspaper AS even claimed the agent of the player was spotted in London.
Spanish newspaper Marca further more claimed Liverpool were also plotting a move for him while ESPN reported Manchester United could also make a shock bid for the talented youngster.
Last month, we reported Inter Milan are showing keen interest in him and reportedly starting a bidding war with a bid of around €18m.
Italian newspaper Tuttosport says that Juventus officials will meet Florentino Perez where talks will be held regarding a possible move for the player. It remains to be seen whether Arsenal, who are interested in Karim Benzema, follow up their interest in the other Real Madrid striker.
