BAYERN MUNICH 2016-17 HOME KIT DESIGN
The new 16-17 home kit has been manufactured by Adidas. The German multinational corporation has been the club’s long-term kit supplier. In fact, they are the only kit supplier Bayern have ever had in their history.
Adidas has kept the design simple; the Bayern Munich 2016-17 home jersey comes in traditional red and white scheme and it includes white shorts for the first time in nearly a decade.
Also, for the first time, Adidas have placed its famous three stripes on the side of the new 16-17 home shirt instead of the sleeves.
A subtle horizontal striping on the front is visible with the combination of white accents in the form of the sleeve cuffs and parts of the polo collar give it a simple yet stunning looks.
The dark-red horizontal stripes is a symbol of modern and more lifestyle-focussed design on the new Bayern Munich 16-17 home kit for Germany’s most successful football club.
Bayern’s motto “Mia san mia” is printed on the collar and complements the outfit.
The shorts of the new Bayern Munich 16-17 home kit are white with red accents. Adidas’s iconic stripes run down on the sides, with the Bayern Munich and the Adidas logo visible on the front.
The goalkeeper shirt is greyish blue, with criss-cross design seen on the shoulders. Red socks will complete the red-white-red combination of the new Bayern Munich 2016-17 home shirt.
The new home shirt is priced at €89.95 for the adults while the long sleeve shirt will cost around €99.95. The Bayern FC shirt for the Kids is priced at €69.95 while the shorts and socks will cost around €39.95 and €14.95 for the adults respectively.
