Update: Blackburn have switched kit manufacturers to Umbro and as a result new kits were issued – the images are below.

The problems with the bet24 logo still remain though.

There’s nothing ‘wrong’ with the kit design and I don’t know why people (non-blackburn fans, btw) are criticising it. I actually like the colors they’ve picked, although I’m not sure if the red and black will look as good when it’s actually worn by a player.

I think that most people reject the kit because of two reasons – one, it’s Blackburn, and two, the bet24 logo. The club bias is unfair but as far as sponsor logos are concerned surely bet24 can do a better job with their logo

Or barring that, maybe the kit designers can learn how to integrate the logo into the design, instead of having it stuck on as an after-thought
