Chelsea winger Charly Musonda joined Real Betis on loan in January and the Belgian has impressed with his performances in La Liga.
According to the reliable Spanish outlet Marca (via Sportwitness), Musonda is keen on staying at Betis next season and is already in advanced talks with his parent club about it.
The young winger is keen to continue his development with regular first-team football. Musonda is aware of the fact that it might not be possible for a young player to get that much playing time at a club like Chelsea and therefore he wants to extend the loan spell.
Musonda was linked with a move away from Chelsea earlier this season. Apparently the highly talented winger was frustrated with the lack of chances at Stamford Bridge and wanted a move away.
Musonda has previously been vocal about his desire to play in Spain for clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid. Recently he praised the weather in Spain and also stated how much he enjoys the food and culture of the country.
