The summer transfer window may be over but the rumour mill is omnipresent. Despite domestic leagues and European competitions in full flow there are lot to speculate if we are to anticipate the ‘fast approaching’ January transfer market.
We bring you a roundup of all the latest transfer stories including Real Madrid’s mega transfer plans. The Bernabeu outfit could also sell Cristiano Ronaldo but will he return to Manchester United
Real Madrid target Eden Hazard:
The Sunday Times have reported that Real Madrid have identified Chelsea’s Eden Hazard as their primary transfer target in the near future. The report states that club President Florentino Perez is keen to make a Galactico signing and not any price tag, however jaw dropping it might be, will deter the Spanish giants to secure Hazard’s services.
Perez regards the Belgian as a perfect fit for the Bernabeu outfit and should he get his hands on the 24 year old, Cristiano Ronaldo could be sold. The reports states that Perez could opt to sell Ronaldo to Paris St Germain for a massive £110m or Gareth Bale to Manchester United for a similar fee.
A report from ESPN also states that Madrid are also interested Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho. In fact a few days ago we had reported that Barcelona are also interested in the 23 year old with Neymar claiming that his national team mate would be ideal for the Camp Nou side. It really doesn’t look good for Liverpool.
Brazilian striker Alisson eyeing Manchester United move:
Young Brazilian striker Alisson has admitted (as per reports by the Daily Express) that he would like to move to Manchester United at some point in his future. The 22 year old who plays for Cruzeiro has been tipped with a move to Europe in the coming seasons.
Alisson, who can also play as an attacking midfielder has United and Juventus on his wish list. The player was quoted saying, “In the future I would like to play in a big European club, then I want to win the 2016 Olympics with Brazil. I would like to play in England or Italy. I think Juventus is a great team, I really admire even Manchester United.”
Arsenal set to battle Chelsea for Senegal striker Moussa Konate:
Italian media outlet Calciomercato reports that both Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in signing FC Sion striker Moussa Konate. Both the London sides are looking to bolster their attacking prowess and have earmarked the 22 year old who could move to the Premier League for the right price.
The Daily Express however have claimed that Swiss side Sion will not accept anything less than £10 million for their striker, who has also been tracked by Tottenham and Everton.
Manchester United ready to sign Nabil Fekir:
Le 10 Sport have claimed that Manchester United are ready to sign Lyon’s Nabil Fekir despite the French striker being sidelines for the next six months with a ligament damage. We had reported earlier about the 22 year old’s desire to play for the Old Trafford outfit.
The report from Le 10 Sport suggests that United are even ready to sign the player in January. This however seems too far fetched and media speculation as of now. Fekir too the Ligue 1 by storm last season scoring 13 league goals in 34 matches. His tally was bettered only by Alexandre Lacazette at the club. Fekir came through the ranks of Lyon’s B team where he had spent three years. He also won Ligue 1′s Young Player of the Year award last season.
