Chelsea, boosted by the latest financial results, will be looking to strengthen their already star studded squad next summer.

Jose Mourinho has time and again said that he is happy with the squad he has at disposal, but even he knows he needs more depth and quality players in the team if Chelsea are to dominate Europe in next few years.

The squad probably is good enough to win the league, but Chelsea need to add quality players on various positions in order to be at par with big European giants like Bayern, Barcelona or Real Madrid.

According to reports from The Evening Standard, Chelsea are plotting a summer move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke, who is also a reported target of Manchester United.

Koke has time and again maintained that he is happy in Spain, but could be looking for a move elsewhere for newer challenges.

The Spain international has a reported release clause of £48m, and it remains to be seen whether both the Premier League giants make a move for him or not.
