Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed on his Twitter account how he impressed everyone in his first training session with Sporting Lisbon in a video titled The Moment I knew. 

Ronaldo was still a young kid when he joined Sporting in 1997, and improved rapidly to earn a move to Manchester United in 2003. 

Ronaldo revealed that he impressed everyone (scouts, coach, other players) in his first training session when he was just 11 years old.

“And I remember my first training I did something and the players looked at me like ‘Woah, can you do it again’ Even the coach!”

Ronaldo made his league debut for Sporting in 2002. He went on to establish himself as one of the greatest footballers of all times, and won the prestigious Ballon d’Or three times in his career.
