Deal Agreed – Manchester United set for shock transfer in January

Deal Agreed – Manchester United set for shock transfer in January

Oct 8, 2024 8:29 PM

After going through seven games undefeated, it seems like finally, Manchester United are getting their old mojo back under Louis van Gaal. One of the most interesting features under his short reign so far is his commitment to giving young talents from the academy regular chances.

And that is where Adnan Januzaj frustrates. The young Belgian forward made his break through last season, and many touted him as the next big thing in world football, even drawing comparisons with Cristiano Ronaldo.

But having made only four league starts this season, the 19-year-old has cut a hugely disappointing figure so far, so much, that United are considering him selling elsewhere in the January transfer window, albeit on loan.

According to an Exclusive report from TMW, Manchester United have given the green signal for Januzaj to move elsewhere on loan in January.

Serie A giants Inter Milan were thought to be one of the interested parties, but Januzaj’s family doesn’t want him to go to Italy, rather they advice him to stay in the Premier League.

The report claim, Everton are now in pole position to secure his services and have had ‘deal agreed in principle’ for the young Belgian.

Frankly, speak the truth, if you ever thought United would send Januzaj elsewhere even on loan this season, especially after what he did last term No. A shock really that a player of his calibre has failed to maintain the same level of performance of last season and now being shipped out to get regular games.
