Barcelona forward, Pedro Rodriguez doesn’t rule out the possibility of switching to Premier League in the summer, after reports in Spain suggests he has “significant offers” from Premier League clubs.
According to RAC 1, Pedro has offers from the Premier League and he might consider them if he doesn’t have an important role at Barcelona under would-be-new-manager Luis Enrique.
He plans to hold talks with Luis Enrique as soon as he replaces Tata Martino to know his situation and will make his decision then.
Though RAC 1 didn’t mention the names of potential suitors, but revealed that Pedro is interested in moving to Premier League.
Pedro has been linked with Premier League duo Manchester United and Liverpool in the past. The 26-year-old has a contract till 2016 and will be available for around €25m.
The Spanish striker came through the youth ranks at the club and made his senior debut in 2008 and has scored 87 goals for Barcelona in all competitions.
It will be interesting to see, how things shape up from here on. Pedro is a quality player and would be a top addition for any top Premier League teams.
