Brazil have suffered a drubbing defeat at the hands of Germany as the European side registered a 7- crushing victory over the host nation in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Brazil were without their star player Neymar with injury, while the biggest miss was their skipper Thiago Silva. The Paris Saint-Germain defender was suspended after picking up his second yellow during the quarter final clash against Colombia.
Thomas Muller opened the scoring in the 11th minute for Germany.

Miroslav Klose doubled the lead and with that goal, he became the leading World Cup goalscorer with 16 goals, surpassing Brazilina legend Ronaldo.
