Liverpool take on Swansea in the final game of 2014, as the Reds look to get their faltering season back on track in front of the home fans this evening.

Brendan Rodgers’ men will look to capitalise on yesterday’s results where top four aspirants, Manchester United and Tottenham, dropped points as the meeting between both sides ended in a stalemate.
