Manchester City were crowned Premier League champions this afternoon, with their 2-0 win over West Ham seeing them pip Liverpool to top spot, and see the title head to the blue of Manchester for the second time in the last three years.

The party started with a bang at the full-time whistle, with jubilant City fans invading the pitch to smother their heroes with love and adulation. Flares, flags and ticker-tape peppered the pitch, with the relief of beating Liverpool to the title pouring out on the crisp afternoon in Manchester.

During the pandemonium, three City stars took a second to take the almost customary selfie, with Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany and Joleon Lescott striking up a pose.

It is a shot that will certainly do the rounds on social media, with the public loving an unorthodox view of Premier League stars (even if Lescott is a little too close for comfort)!
