CHANGING THE RULES, an 18-1 shot when making his debut in a 2m4f Fairyhouse maiden hurdle on New Year’s Day  looked sure to be involved in the finish when cruising up to the prominent racers six furlongs out but wasn’t given a hard time and came home 34 lengths behind the winner. He’s recorded respectable fifths at 10-1 and 12-1 in big fields at Naas and Fairyhouse in his two subsequent outings and this looks easier. It’s interesting to see him stick to maiden company rather than try to take advantage of his handicap mark of 116. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
