Tottenham Hotspur remain keen on signing Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic this summer, but the player is keen on renewing his contract with the Italian club.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the 21-year-old would be a dream signing for Spurs.

The Serbian had an impressive season with Fiorentina last year, scoring 21 goals in Serie A.

Tottenham need to add more quality to their attacking positions, and Vlahovic could prove to be a superb long-term investment for them.

He is more of a target man and could form a quality partnership with Harry Kane, who is a complete forward.

The England international likes to drop deep and help out creatively. Vlahovic would add a new dimension to Nuno Espirito Santo’s attack.

The striker has the potential to develop into a top-class attacker and could replace Kane if the England international decides to join Manchester City this summer.

The young striker is highly rated at Fiorentina, and the Italian club are thought to be keen on holding onto him.

Tottenham will have to come forward with a very lucrative offer to tempt Fiorentina into selling Vlahovic in the coming weeks.
