Luis Suarez scored twice as Liverpool bagged an emphatic 5-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League at the White Hart Lane.

It was undoubtedly the best away performance of the season for the Reds, and as a result of this victory, they’ve moved second in the league, two points behind Arsenal.

Liverpool were totally dominant from the first whistle – compact in defende while equally creative and imaginative going forward. Suarez opened the scoring for the Reds in the 18th minute and midfielder Jordan Henderson doubled the lead towards the end of 1st half, after some brilliant interchange of passing involving Coutinho.

After the break, Spurs went 10-man down after Paulinho was shown the marching orders. Flanagan, Suarez and Sterling were on target as Liverpool wrapped up a memorable victory under Brendan Rodgers.
