Memphis Depay was the man of the moment at Old Trafford tonight as the Dutch attacker scored a stunning brace and assisted a third to give United a vital win in their Champions league qualifier against Club Brugge.
Manchester United went 1-0 down seven minutes into the game when Michael Carrick deflected the ball into his own net from a Brugge free-kick.
Five minutes later, Depay brought United on level terms with an excellent goal. The former PSV man received a long ball from Carrick and displayed outstanding technique and control to bring it inside and smash a low drive past the keeper.
