Rants about Vuvuzela being a pain in the… ears has been on since the Confederations Cup last year. It annoyed me in the beginning too but since the 2010 World Cup kicked off, I have still to find it annoying and usually I don’t even notice it unless I think about it.

What was the point behind hosting the World Cup in different continents To bring forth the different cultures and celebrations of football. Vuvuzela is part of the African culture. Plus, it must be fun! Cheering your team on and hey, there’s a horn, lets blow it! If I was there, I’d be doing it too! Consequences may vary though.

A South African artist designed a special Vuvuzela for the legendary Zinedine Zidane and it was presented to him and seems like he will need some practice to get blowing on his own special horn. The horn has the colors of the flags of South Africa and France.
